Faouzi BayoudFounder - President
Faouzi Bayoud, a native of Lebanon, saw his father involved in the development and construction of the first power plant and hotel in the UAE. As a result, Faouzi learned early on how to get things done. After graduation, he founded Transcontinental Marketing, Inc. (TMI) which became the sole distributor of Smith Corona products in the Middle East region. Due to political upheaval in the surrounding region, he later sold those distribution rights to a firm that focused on the UAE.

And in 2012, he brought his trademark can-do spirit launched Ellis Modular (named for his son), with a focus on the retail aspect of modular job site workforce housing.
After owning and operating his own business for nearly 15 years, Michael worked in sales for Housemart selling High End Manufactured Housing where he was later promoted to General Manager.
